Here at Davis we offer a wide range of manufacturing possibilities. We specialise in fabrication of bespoke designs including signage, handles and a variety of ironmongery. Please visit our Portfolio section for practical examples of our work.

Our services include (but are not limited to):

Colour Coating

Recent investment in our colour coating department means we now have two state of the art booths and an additional designated spray area to accommodate a multitude of colour coating, lacquering and antimicrobial finish processes.

Our colour match service allows us to replicate physical samples and finishes from existing projects, meaning we can spray any colour you require using our top of the range Lechler paints.

Our various size ovens mean we can accommodate lengths up to 6metres long, allowing the paint to fully harden for a uniform durable finish. Learn more.

Metal Work

This includes cutting, bending, folding, tube rolling and CNC routing of a variety of metals such as stainless and mild steel, aluminium, brass, bronze, and copper.

Laser Cutting

Through precision cutting techniques we can produce a variety of high-quality laser cut components in a multitude of materials and thicknesses.

For materials that are not suitable for laser cutting we also use waterjet cutting allowing us to cut material up to 150mm thick. This gives us multiple options to aide in the manufacture of your design.

Metal Finishing

Our in-house metal finishing techniques include polishing, satin finishing, sand blasting, shot peening, welding, soldering, leather cladding and more.

Signage

We offer a variety of free standing or wall mounted signage manufactured through a number of processes including: sandblasting, laser cutting, silk screen printed, prime etched, engraved and stove enamel infilled.

Examples include:

  • Fire Signs
  • Screen Printing
  • Tactile and Braille
  • Wayfinding Signs
  • Cut Out Letters

We work with signage on a variety of substrates including most metals, glass, Perspex, vinyl, and wood.

We carry a wide range of signage available as stock items encompassing all types of fire and safety signage as well as custom made signs.

Antibacterial Coating

Our clear antimicrobial lacquer can be applied to any free issue item, we can now introduce the "silver guard" additive to paint during the colour coating process to give your goods protection without changing the overall aesthetic in all gloss levels including matte.

Chemical Bronzing

Our immensely experienced engineers can achieve a multitude of decorative finishes on brass, bronze, and copper through chemically ‘antiquing’ metal surfaces.

We can match a variety of colours from antique brass to end colour bronze, please see our "Beauty of Bronze" section for more information.
